| Introduction |
1989, Lian Dung was
established by our president, Mr. Teng Chin Yuan, at Feng Yuan, located
in the middle of Taiwan. At this date, Lian Dung sets up more subsidiary
companies in Asia. Three factories in China (Dung Guan, Hang-zhou), and
one branch office in Hong Kong.
All four factories located in Taiwan, Dong-Guan(China), and Hang-Zhou(China).
Mainly producing the wired, power cord sets and wiring harnesses approved
by varied standards are widely used in household electronics, computers,
electrical powered tools and pumps..., etc. Annual capacity : 50,000,000
pcs yearly. |

Growth & Improvement
We stared from a small factory to a well-organized group, from some very
few major items to a complete product range in electrical wire/plug/connector
material. Whatever we are making and no matter how many quantity it has
been made, we are persisting our expertise in this field and maintain
the policy of making the better and being the bigger for tomorrow.
Quality, Quality...,
and Quality
How we can do to stick to the quality issue? Yes, we did a lot in every
aspect:
For CUSTOMER FOCUS, we tried to increase revenue and market share through
fast/flexible responses. As for the LEADERSHIP, increase employee motivation
towards company goals and objectives. Then, for PEOPLE INVOLVEMENT, create
innovative solutions to further company goals and objectives. In PROCESS
APPROACH, we are decreasing costs and cycle time through effective resource
management. Speaking of MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPROACH, we have to integrate
and align the processes that best achieve the desired results. In the
mean time, for CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT, we gain competitive advantages through
improved company capabilities. Lastly, for SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS. We
develop mutually beneficial relationships to reduce costs of resources.
